This class is geared to the true beginner. In this class you will learn the basics of pole dance at your own pace. Students usually take 4 Intro classes before moving to level 1.
Perfect if you have never tried pole dance, or want a review of the basics.
Recommended attire of tank top and shorts, or whatever you are comfortable dancing in. Please don't apply any lotions or oils within 12 hours before class.

This class is for those who have taken Intro to Pole, have the basics down, and are ready to grow their repertoire of moves. We’ll continue to build on the foundations from Intro, grow our repertoire of spins and sits, and really work on combining moves together. This class also introduces climbing and conditioning which will prepare you for the next level. Sample moves may include: pole climbs, tuck spin, long sit, chair spin, jasmine

Strap on your Pleaser heels! In this class, we will explore concepts of pole dance in Pleasers; this includes technical skills but also explores individual self-expression and sensuality. The class is geared towards level 1+ polers, or people who have taken a Beginner Heels workshop.

Prerequisites: Completion of Intro prior to entering Level 1 (comfortable in pole sit, dip, front/back hook, pirouettes, and fan kick).
What to Bring: Socks and kneepads. Heels optional if you are already comfortable in them.
In this class we will focus on stringing together level 1 moves into a full choreography to a song. We may focus on a climb to a pose, low flow, or floorwork elements in the different choreos. Each move will be broken down and modifications will be provided so this is suitable for all level one students.
Example moves: pirouettes, forearm climbs, transitions from the floor, front hooks, and figurehead.

This class is for those who have built a solid foundation of pole dancing and are ready to challenge themselves.
Level 2 will introduce inverting, intermediate spins, and aerial transitions. We will have a greater focus on conditioning, begin working our side climbs, and play with some more difficult combos. Sample moves may include: leg hangs, superman, Jamilla. Instructor approval is required.

Pre-Requisites: 1-foot wrist-roll pirouette (in heels), knee-drops, shoulder rolls, shoulder stands, crawls.
Strap on your Pleaser heels! In this class, we will explore more difficult heels tricks and concepts. Sample moves might include: kips, knee-spins, fish-flops, drops & slides out of move “up the pole". Build your skills as a dancer by learning challenging choreo across multiple different genres. The class is geared towards level 2+ polers (either in pole level 2 or have completed Heels Level 1) Knee pads required, Pleaser Heels required (8 inch recommended for intermediate/advanced)

Mixed Level appropriate for people who have some comfort in level 2 or people in level 3.
Combos on spin, discussion of how to maintain spin, express drama or tone with spin, and refine “signature combos" on spin.
Heel optional, but be ready to take them off if your encounter a new move.

Level 3 is for students who are ready to begin combining moves in the air. This class will build on basics, combining moves, and learning new ways to move up and down the pole, while concentrating on proper form and gaining strength. We will begin working on shoulder mounts and aerial inverts, while building on your knowledge of basic inverts, climbs, and sits. Sample moves may include: laybacks, iguana, sneaky v. Instructor approval is required.

Get some mid-day movement with our Lunchtime Low Flow class. Take a break from your day and move with intention in this one-hour midday pole dance class focused on low flow. Perfect for those short on time or looking to reset their energy, this class teaches grounded, fluid combinations and helps you build your repertoire of low pole movements — all without the need to change into shorts. Leggings are welcome! It’s a great way to get your blood flowing, improve mobility, and shake up your routine in the middle of your day.

This strength and conditioning class is designed to build the strength you'll use for pole. You'll build foundational strength with exercises both on and off the pole, which can help you progress quickly and safely. The class is focused on training the muscle groups that will help you learn to climb, invert, and deadlift later on down the road in your pole journey. No matter what level you are, conditioning is key! Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. This class is suitable for all levels.

Advanced Pole Conditioning is for students level 2+ who are working on advanced strength moves and conditioning for higher level tricks.
Pre-requisites:
-Unassisted headstand or shoulder stand
-”mastery” of the forearm brace, half-bracket, and forward-facing split grip. (good technique with minimal cueing and comfortable stamina)
-a single-arm chair spin on STATIC
-can kick up to handstand, hold a wall handstand for 20 sec.
-10 Pushups from the toes
Wear clothes with leg grips accessible (shorts, etc). and bring a water bottle.
NEW STUFF/What we’ll work on:
-advanced balances like handstand, twisted grip forearm stand, twisted grip handstand, and more
-static power moves (ex: the “pole run”)
-aerial invert conditioning
-shoulder mount conditioning
-new brackets to master! Brass-flag, side-bracket (true, twisted, and cup), elbow grips, and more.
-dynamic power+strength moves (ex: cartweels, twisted grip cartwheels, brass kick-ups, handspring)

This class is a workout to progress active flexibility in”:
- left/right splits,
-middlesplits/pancake
-shoulder mobility/back flexibility for moves like a bridge.
Warm layers and lots of water recommended!

Description: A hatha/vinyasa style yoga flow that incorporates pilates movements for improved balance, strength, and flexibility. Class incorporates mindfulness practices and breath to movement actions to improve mind-body awareness.

Description: A yin/restorative yoga class focusing on flexibility and muscle recovery with fewer poses and longer holds for a stretch in the deeper connective tissues. Class incorporates mindfulness and meditative practices for increased self-awareness, relaxation, and stress reduction.

Join Dar & Alicia and don your favorite sexy dance wear, slip on a pair of heels (4 inches or under, no pleasers!!) or tie up your favorite sporty kicks if that's your vibe! Join us for an hour long journey of cardio, twerk, burlesque, floor work, chair and even some light weights to get your groove on! No two classes are ever the same, but fun is always on the playlist!
This is a bespoke, boutique class you will only find at O-pole studios, so make sure you reserve your spot as space is limited to give each participant enough room! Not sure what to wear? Feel free to email us and we can give you some ideas, but booty shorts, sexy crop tops, frilly skorts, lacy tanks, knee pads(optional, but we always recommend each dancer have some at the ready) and your own sultry touches are a great place to start!!
