FAQ

  • Start by making an account through our studio-booking app (hit “Sign-up). You may have difficulty booking classes through your browser, so make sure to download Push Press Members App onto your phone!

    If you’re new to pole, sign up for an Intro To Pole drop-in-class! You are also welcome to try out any of the “All Levels” classes, like conditioning, mobility, zumba, yoga, etc.

    If you have pole experience, contact us about what class might be right for your level

  • Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely (shorts recommended) - starting at Level 1 pole, shorts are required to allow for skin contact on the pole. Please do not wear any lotions or oils on the day of class, and remove any jewelry that could scratch you or the pole!

  • Yes! O-Pole is an inclusive and safe space for everyone.

  • As long as you have explicit consent from anyone who would appear in your video, filming yourself is OK and recommended. 

  • Classes cancelled 1 hr in advance will be added back to your account for future use. Classes cancelled less than 1 hour beforehand will not be added back to your account.

    Be respectful to the studio and other students on the waitlist trying to get into a class: give us plenty of notice for cancellations if you can.

    Please do not no-show if you have an unlimited pass (after 3 no-shows, a $20 fee will be added for each no-show).

  • Read through the Pre-requisites for each class on the “Classes” page to assess which classes are right for you.

  • There are 2 Intro Classes per week that you can take, Conditioning classes on Wednesdays and Sundays, Stiletto Sculpt and Zumba to try out, as well as 3 open pole sessions per week where you can practice what you’re learning in class!

    Floorwork flow is open to all students who have learned the pre-reqs in intro (the dip, twist to back lean, and a candlestick).
